Each order will be followed by the particular salesman during entire process. Once any compliant issue is received, the salesman submit to the Quality Management Department and related manufacturing basement at the first time. The Quality Management Department will cooperate with all relevant departments such as Production Department, Technical Department to conduct investigation and analysis for identifying the reasons, streamlining the responsibilities, developing the preventative measures, as well as completing the feedback report. If necessary, company involves other related parties to carry out the professional review for ensuring the professionalism and accuracy of investigation. Salesman gives feedback to the customers to get understanding of customers finally. After above process closed, the report will be escalated to management team for final approval and filling.
In order to enhance the quality of after-sales service, CAC regularly provides satisfaction survey for customers, and takes the corrective measures and timely improvements according to the feedback of customers.
